DIFC Wills registration
We prepare and register a will with the DIFC Wills Service — a register whose decisions are enforced by the courts of Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah under common-law rules, not Sharia.

What we do
- carry out an inventory of your UAE assets
- select the type of will: full, real estate, business, or guardianship
- prepare the text in English reflecting your instructions
- appoint an executor and, if needed, a guardian for the children
- carry out registration with the DIFC Wills Service
- arrange storage and any subsequent amendments
How the work proceeds
- Inventory. We compile a list of assets and determine which of them fall under the DIFC register.
- Structure. We choose the type of will and the distribution of shares, and discuss scenarios.
- Draft. We prepare the document and agree the wording.
- Registration. We complete the procedure with the DIFC Wills Service, and you receive a registered copy.

No. DIFC Wills is available to non-residents too, as long as the assets are located in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah.
The DIFC register covers Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. For assets in Abu Dhabi there is a separate ADJD register, which we also handle.
Registration can be done remotely by video call. Personal attendance is required for certain types of wills.
Yes, at any time. Amendments are registered in the same register.
