Court representation in the UAE
We handle civil, commercial and labour disputes in the courts of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates, as well as in the DIFC and ADGM courts. We build the case, file the documents, and appear at hearings.
When clients come to us
- a counterparty breached the contract and negotiations produced no result
- a claim has been filed against you, and you need to build a defence
- you are not satisfied with the first instance ruling
- the dispute falls under DIFC or ADGM jurisdiction
- a ruling has been issued but is not being enforced
What we do
- assess the prospects and the correct jurisdiction for the dispute
- gather evidence and arrange a sworn translation
- prepare a claim, defence, or counterclaim
- provide representation at every hearing
- prepare an appeal and cassation, if needed
- carry out enforcement proceedings
How the work proceeds
- Analysis. We determine jurisdiction — the ordinary courts of the emirate or DIFC/ADGM — and assess the prospects.
- Preparation. We build the evidence base, translate documents with a sworn translator, and prepare the procedural documents.
- Proceedings. We attend hearings, respond to objections, and liaise with court-appointed experts.
- Outcome. We obtain the ruling, appeal it if necessary, and move to enforcement.
Documents required
- the contract and its annexes
- correspondence and acts
- payment documents
- power of attorney for representation
- previous rulings, if any

Работу начинаем в день обращения. Если по вашей ситуации есть более быстрый или более дешёвый путь, мы скажем об этом до заключения договора.
Коротко о главном
DIFC and ADGM operate under common law, in English, with their own procedural rules. For many commercial contracts this is more convenient, but jurisdiction needs to be provided for in the contract or established through the dispute's connection to the zone.
Usually not: the advocate acts by power of attorney. Personal attendance may be required at certain stages.
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the claim amount, with an upper cap. It is paid separately from our fee and is included in the estimate before filing.
For construction, financial and technical disputes — generally yes. The expert's opinion significantly affects the outcome, so we prepare separately for their appointment and for the questions put to them.
