How the work proceeds

- Pre-trial stage. We send a demand letter — for some disputes this is enough on its own.
- Proceedings. We file the claim, take part in hearings, and work with the court-appointed expert.
- Enforcement. We enforce the claim against the defendant's accounts and assets.
