General terms on which we provide legal services. Specific obligations are set out in the agreement for each case.
Entering into an agreement
Work begins after the estimate has been agreed in writing and the agreement has been signed. Before that point, consultations are informational in nature and do not constitute legal advice.
Cost and payment
The cost is fixed in the agreement and does not change without the client's written consent. Government fees, court and expert fees, and courier costs are paid separately. The standard arrangement is a 50% advance payment with the remainder paid by stage.
Timelines
Timelines that depend on government bodies and courts are given as estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We fix the timelines for our own actions in the agreement.
Outcome
A legal service cannot guarantee a specific outcome for a case. We guarantee the volume and quality of the work performed, and we assess the prospects honestly before signing the agreement.
Confidentiality
All information and documents received from the client are confidential. Only the group of specialists assigned to the case has access to them.
